it offset having to get the brand new whirlpool water heater showcased to the left in the rain. GAH!
plumbers should be here in like an hour and a half and i’ll be having thte first hot shower by lunchtime.

the water heater is dying
in a mid-century paradise you’d just click a button and everything would be okay.
in my present reality it is one of those unexpected homeowner things that just bums you out.
the money i was saving towards removal the huge dying white pine in the front yard will now take a hit from water heater replacement.
