resignation 1

well, i think that i am resigning from my position at the university.
perhaps as early as next monday.
i don’t have a job yet, but i am really not sure i can stay in the current environment any longer.
i’ve bounced back before.
wondering if i can do it this time?

screams heard ’round the campus

the foundation office called me, me mind you-not the principle investigator or the project director but me, three separate times this afternoon and screamed at me about the nih application that is due tomorrow.
i don’t scream at work but needless to say i spread the love around to my “superiors”.
tomorrow is the drop dead day.  [...]
