june is maximize health care benefits month

it started this past friday with gum surgery.
it includes physical therapy (finally – i have been putting it off for almost a year) for the c-spine arthritis.
the side bonus/agony is that the gum surgery is causing me to quit smoking winstons all the time. oh, and R too, he is quitting too.
