the awesome power of the word clean

did i mention the gym?

i have been going at least two times a week to meet with trainer – L – since the beginning of january.
sometimes in the early morning when it is cold i don’t wanna go.

ok, if i had the energy to do this

i wouldn’t care if people made fun of my 40 year old ass.

if i even had the coordination to attempt something like this right now ever – i would surely blow at least a gasket if not the master cylinder.

motivation for work

i have completely lost it – motivation for work – this is SO unlike me.

M’s favorite park

we went by M’s favorite little park today in downtown decatur and she had good fun running around.
and there was this strange configuration of sticks, pine cones and pine straw someone had left behind – blair witch style.
