back to the grind

vacation is over and i have to drive to buckwood today, tomorrow and wednesday for a training class. bleh. year-end rush to satisfy the corporate development plan so it will be all checked off upon my review. bleh again.
at least i won’t be tied to the computer and phone. at least.

pork in a pot

tomorrow i will make a pork loin in the slow cooker with shallots, mushrooms and hungarian paprika. we will have it with mashed potatoes, mushroom gravy and sweet white corn on the cob.
